Child Safety

Youth Leadership Victoria is a child safe organisation, and holds the safety of children and young people as the responsibility of every person in our organisation.

In collaboration with schools, parents, guardians, communities, and other organisations, we work to ensure a safe care service. We have zero tolerance for abuse, inappropriate, and harmful behaviour, and the identification or reporting of such behaviour is encouraged, valued, and taken seriously. Any instance of such behaviour will be dealt with immediately with the appropriate consequences.

Our policies and procedures reflect our commitment to the safety of all children and young people at our services, and our organisation adheres strictly to Child Safe Standards.
